The app is available only to authorised employees with an active organisational account.

How do I sign in?كيف أسجّل الدخول؟
Sign in with the same username and password you use for your work account. The app does not offer self-registration.
سجّل الدخول باستخدام اسم المستخدم وكلمة المرور الخاصين بحساب العمل. لا يتيح التطبيق التسجيل الذاتي.
I forgot my password or my account is locked.نسيت كلمة المرور أو تم قفل حسابي.
Passwords are managed by the IT department. Contact the IT service desk or use your organisation's password reset service, then sign in to the app again.

The app displays the information held in the HR system. Contact your HR officer or the support team to request a correction.

Check that notifications are allowed for MOD HR in your device settings, that you are signed in, and that you are using the latest version of the app.

How do I delete my account or data?كيف أحذف حسابي أو بياناتي؟
Your MOD HR access is tied to your employment account and is removed automatically when your service ends. To request deletion of data stored by the app on your device, sign out and uninstall the app. To request deletion of app-related data held on our servers (such as notification tokens and app logs), email the support address above from your work email with the subject "MOD HR data deletion request". Employment records required by law are retained as described in the Privacy Policy.
يرتبط وصولك إلى MOD HR بحساب عملك، ويُلغى تلقائياً عند انتهاء خدمتك. لحذف البيانات المخزنة على جهازك، سجّل الخروج واحذف التطبيق. ولطلب حذف البيانات المتعلقة بالتطبيق على خوادمنا (مثل رموز الإشعارات وسجلات التطبيق)، أرسل بريداً إلى عنوان الدعم أعلاه من بريد العمل بعنوان "طلب حذف بيانات MOD HR". يتم الاحتفاظ بسجلات التوظيف المطلوبة قانوناً وفق ما هو موضح في سياسة الخصوصية.
