No part may be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, published or reverse-engineered without prior written permission. Names and logos of third parties belong to their respective owners.

Terms of use

1. Acceptance

By downloading or using the App you agree to these Terms and to the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Eligibility

The App is for authorised employees only. Access is granted through your organisational account and may be suspended or revoked at any time.

3. Your responsibilities

• Keep your login credentials confidential and do not share your account or device access.
• Use the App only for legitimate work-related purposes and in line with internal policies.
• Do not attempt to access data you are not authorised to see, interfere with the App's operation, or bypass its security.
• Do not screenshot, copy or share confidential information obtained through the App except as permitted by policy.
• Report lost devices or suspected unauthorised access to the support team promptly.

4. Accuracy of information

The App displays information from official HR records. Where there is any discrepancy, the official HR records prevail.

5. Availability

We aim to keep the App available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The App may be updated, suspended or withdrawn for maintenance or other reasons.

6. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss resulting from the use of, or inability to use, the App.

7. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and the courts of the Emirate of Abu Dhabi have jurisdiction over any dispute.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
